How to Install a Ceiling Fan Where No Fixture Exists

Following are the steps a licensed electrician would take to install a ceiling fan where no fixture exists:
• Choose the location
• Turn off electricity to the circuit
• Install the electrical box
• Run the wires to the fan
• Install the fan and switches
